Targeted training for our products

Cicci Research provides tailored, hands-on training for ARKEO systems and related accessories. Our product training is designed for customers, operators, researchers and technical teams who need to use our instruments in real laboratory workflows: measurement boards, sample holders, light sources, environmental chambers, Air Unit control, software routines and data interpretation.

From product documentation to practical skills

The training path connects the official ARKEO documentation with laboratory practice: participants configure channels, run measurement workflows, handle hardware modules, read data files and learn how to diagnose common setup problems using real instruments.

Hardware and maintenance

Training on ARKEO-compatible modules, Eurocard source-measure boards, sample holders, connectors and product sub-assemblies. Participants learn how to inspect, assemble and troubleshoot real instrumentation.

SMU hardware documentation

Measurement workflows

Practical setup of JV scans, MPPT/tracking routines, channel configuration, device naming, area settings, current limits and data export for post-processing.

Starting a measurement

Controlled environments

Training on chambers, light sources and the Air Unit to control temperature, humidity, gas composition and irradiance during stability and aging experiments.

ITS Academy training

Dedicated courses for ITS training paths

Cicci Research also provides dedicated training for ITS Academy and technical education programs. These activities are commissioned and supported by training institutions that involve Cicci Research to deliver practical courses, provide access to our tools and allow students to work directly on professional scientific instrumentation.

These activities are different from our standard customer training. They are structured as educational courses where students learn how our instruments are designed, assembled, configured, tested and used in real measurement workflows.

ISOPHOS hands-on training

Practical training during ISOPHOS

Cicci Research also contributes to ISOPHOS with hands-on training sessions. During the school, students and researchers can interact directly with ARKEO systems and learn how scientific instrumentation is used for photovoltaic and optoelectronic characterization.

The ISOPHOS training format is focused on practical demonstrations, real measurement examples and direct interaction with the instruments, connecting the scientific topics of the school with laboratory practice.
